Purestat® The microfiber cleanroom wipers was continuous weaved with 75% of polyester and 25% of nylon, cleanroom wipers are sealed by laser cutting, and washed by EDI ltra-pure water system in class 10 to 100 cleanroom, packed vacuum. Processed with APC testing, cutting edge microscope test, cleanliness test, and also measured with content of ion and metal, try to strictly control and follow quality of every batch.
Softness: The diameter of microfiber is very small (0.11μ M), with little tensile strength and soft material, without any damage for surface of wiped products.
Cleanness: With small diameter, large surface area, good coverness and fluffiness, constantly contact with containment, and possibility of particle
